The holder is in excellent condition with no contact marks. This rare reverse proof finished silver coin features the 'Gaz M21 Volga' from the Old Soviet Cars series. This rare coin was struck perfectly and flawless as demonstrated by its perfect PF70UC rating issued by the NGC. Only 2 of these received a perfect grade.
